Hello there love.
Can you believe we're heading into the final Quarter of 2023? This has been quite the year so far. With a theme of DREAM it's opened me up to all the possibilities of what I want and what I can look forward to. I've had the chance to let go of old thoughts, things, and people who were no longer serving me and supporting my future. And from my last blog entry you have a pretty good idea of what all that looked like. Ooof!
As we move into the final quarter, I'm excited to expand my Quarterly Planning offering to include every aspect of our lives. Because we are all indeed more than just a business owner. A lesson I've learned for certain this past year. When I'm intentional about focusing on specific areas and activities that bring me joy the easier it is to actually do them. Imagine that?!
The past few weeks I've been putting down at least one self-care activity in my weekly brain dump, so I do something just for me. I've been making an effort to spend time reading and learning and journaling. Yes, I actually said journaling. It's not something I love but I do find it very therapeutic and helpful to get the words out that I keep inside for longer than is healthy.
It's become pretty clear to me that working on my recreation and mental health are areas
that I need to boost. I'm really looking forward to the month to come as I get to celebrate the birthdays of my oldest daughter, my grandson, and myself. I've always said I'm going to live to 100 so turning the big 5-0 this next month means I'm half-way there. And I intend to spend the next 50 years living a life that I've been dreaming about, loving myself, growing and learning, and helping as many women as I can recognize their superpowers and how amazing they are.
