Ok ladies. This post is specifically for you. Because let's face it - they wouldn't call it women's intuition for no reason....
You know that feeling. That pit in your stomach. That nagging feeling that something isn't quite right. Or that revelation that something IS when everyone else says it's not. But how do you know who to trust it?
It starts with loving yourself. And that just so happens to be our theme for the month of April. Dream of Falling in Love with YOURSELF. That's right. You heard me. This month our focus is on falling in love with who you are. Today. Just as you are. Exactly as you are. Flaws and all. This month it's all about you.
What I have learned in my years on this Earth is that if I can't love and accept myself exactly as I am then no one else will be able to either. And doubt comes from the space where I don't believe in me. From that small voice in my head that says I'm not enough. In those moments when I struggle, and I question. It's taken me a LONG time to get here. And my only wish for you my loves is that you can learn this lesson sooner than later.
This month in our FB community we're focused on talking about all things related to loving you. We're investigating my introvert "superpower" of networking. And we're going to make sure that by the end of the month you learn to love yourself just 1% more than when you started. That's it. 1%. Every little bit helps build on the next. In my opinion it's the small and incremental changes that make all the difference.
