I've spent the past six-weeks mulling over this idea, preparing the supporting materials, recording a video, thinking about what to say and how to say it, and how to make sure you were prepared and had enough information to make a decision that was best for you.
Truth be told, I'm really excited about this offer. But I'm also a little nervous because this is my very first solo launch of anything. You've heard the phrase a "passion project" and that is what this is for me. It's a practice I started nearly one year ago by taking bits and pieces of what I learned from others and identifying what was important to me. I've refined it for myself as each Quarter passes and I feel really good about what I do, how I do it, and how much it has impacted me.
Who would have thought that developing a practice of Quarterly Planning would help me grow my confidence as a business owner? I sure didn't. Before I started this practice, I struggled to get my posts scheduled or even remember to prepare for a class I was teaching the next day! I even struggled with the value I was adding to our community. Second guessing myself and not acknowledging what I could bring to the table because I was just scared.
But my loves, let me share that this practice has been a game changer for me. And I want to help you be in a position where you feel good about you and the business you run. I truly believe in my heart this is a step forward to help you accept yourself and appreciate what you offer.
